Please note that booking fees may include insurance, service, reservation, cleaning fees etc . Green Pass / Gold Class vouchers are eligible for a 2D/1N stay for FREE. Foreigners are required to pay tourism tax of MYR 10 per room at the hotel. Other taxes also applicable like Heritage tax depending on the states visited.

  1. How to redeem my TravelTime holiday voucher?

    You can scan the QR code on the voucher to contact us or visit our website at bit.ly/traveltimemalaysia to redeem your voucher. This voucher is valid for 2 persons. Please refer to the information / terms and condition to understand better about the offer.


  1. How do I make a booking?

    Simply send us your contact details and we can start from there. Then you can proceed to make your bookings.

  1. Can I redeem more than 1 voucher under my name?

    Yes (terms and conditions apply)

  2. Can I book for weekends or public holidays?

    This offer is valid for low to mid-season only, i.e. excludes public holidays, weekends and school holidays. However you can redeem during this period with a surcharge of RM 50 up to RM 150 per night depending on the hotel. The surcharge will be advised at the time of booking. (Note: Weekdays - Sunday to Thursday, Weekends - Friday and Saturday)


  1. Do I have to pay a booking fees of RM25 per person for 2 persons to make a booking?

    Yes, you will be required to pay a non-refundable booking fee of RM 25 minimum 2 persons totaling RM 50 upon approval of your booking. Green Pass and Gold Class voucher holders are not required to pay any booking fees.

  1. What kind of hotels do you provide?

    Normal voucher accommodations could be at a 3 or 4 star hotel, resort or airbnb with swimming pool depending on availability. Free Stay Promo could be 2 star and above, Green Pass 3 to 4 star and Gold Class is 5 stars.


  1. When can i go for my holiday?


First date of travel must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to the desired travel date. In case of unavailability, another 2 desired travelling dates, at least two weeks apart must be provided. However your first desired travel date is our priority.


  1. Do you collect a deposit any deposit?


No, we do not collect any deposit unless under special circumstances. However a refundable deposit by the hotel may be required when you check-in to their hotels.


  1. Is breakfast included?

    No but It depends on the discretion of our panel hotels .


  1. What are the types of payment options available?


We have offline and online options as stated below :-

1. Can I book in less than 2 weeks advance booking as stated in the voucher?


We will try to meet your request and you may also be required to pay a surcharge. However please note that this request will be strictly subject to availability only.


2. I have booked my transport already so I need to book on that particular date only - can I do that?

We will try to meet your request and you may also be required to pay a surcharge. However please note that this request will be strictly subject to availability only.


3. Can I make changes after I have made a booking?

Yes but a penalty will be imposed for any changes of the date or destination. Changes must be minimum 14 days prior to the initial confirmed travelling dates. Any changes made in less than 14 days will not be entertained, and the offer will be deemed null & void.


4. I received two vouchers, can I use both to extend my stay?

Yes, however booking charges are on per voucher basis.


5. I want to stay in a particular hotel.

As per our terms and conditions, specific hotels or resorts cannot be chosen. However, you may place your request and you may be required to pay a surcharge. Please note that this request will be strictly subject to availability only.

6. Can I request for breakfast if it’s not included in my hotel stay?

You may request for breakfast. There may be additional charges for this where the cost will vary based on each individual participating hotel’s or resort’s rate.


7. I would like to add extra nights. How can I do that?

You can request to add extra nights, The cost will vary based on each individual participating hotel’s or resort’s rate. You can also book direct from our affiliate partner sites at the redeem page.
